Street closures to accompany weekend M work

During the next four weekends of work on the M train (see the chart above) expect an array of street closures and restrictions as well.

New York City Transit will have a maximum of two crane sites per weekend. The cranes will be placed adjacent to the elevated structure for the purpose of hoisting and lowering of track panels and materials at the locations listed below. Crane locations will be determined by the section of track being replaced on that specific weekend.

Flagging and traffic devices will be used for the safety of the general public.  Parking will not be allowed on Palmetto St, between Onderdonk Ave & Myrtle Ave to allow one lane of traffic thru the area.
