Nowadays hits Kickstarter goal

On the final day of a crowd funding campaign, Ridgewood outdoor watering hole Nowadays hit its goal of raising $100,000 for a new sound system.

Earlier this year, the owners of the space and founders of the popular Mister Sunday dance party, Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter, raised $50,000 to secure the safety, licensing and permitting of an indoor space adjacent to their outdoor beer garden at 56-06 Cooper Ave.
