Ridgewood’s District 30 participatory budget meetings set

Councilman Antonio Reynoso helped residents allocate money through the participatory budget process last year. Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley will join him this year in doing the same for the rest of the community.

As part of the District 30 participatory budget process, Ridgewood residents represented by Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley will have a say in how their city representitive will allocate $1 million. There are nine meetings scheduled in total, including two in Ridgewood:

• Sept. 12, 2:30 p.m. at Ridgewood Library, 2012 Madison St.

• Sept. 19 1 p.m., at the Ridgewood YMCA, 69-02 64th St.
